  • Desire to become more independent,
  • Are eager to be challenged to continue learning and growing.

1. APPLY
  • Download an application.
  • Give the "reference form" to a teacher, or someone else who works with the applicant in group activity setting. They'll send that in separately.
  • Mail the application and $35 application fee to our office at
